The Inner Worlds series explores the psychological and emotional dimensions of human experience through abstraction. Moving beyond physical landscape, these works delve into interior states of being—where memory, perception, and subconscious impulses intersect.
Through gestural mark-making and layered textures, Ramón Menocal constructs compositions that suggest movement between clarity and ambiguity, presence and absence. The surfaces evoke fragments of thought and feeling, inviting the viewer into a contemplative space shaped by introspection and transformation.
Rooted in both personal identity and universal human concerns, the series reflects a shift toward themes of spirituality, solitude, and the architecture of emotions.
