About the Artist

Ramón Menocal is a Cuban-American visual artist by training and education.

He studied Drawing and Painting at the prestigious Academia de San Alejandro in Havana, Cuba, and earned a Master’s degree in Art History from the University of Havana.

Early in his career, Menocal worked at the National Center of Restoration and Museums in Havana, where he restored historic murals and paintings.
